UAE Golden Visa

Since its formation in 1971, this small country in the Arab peninsula has successfully transformed itself from quaint rocky desert, coastal plains and wetlands to one of the wealthiest and most developed country worldwide. Burj Khalifa, Burj al Arab, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Frame are just a few of the world-class structures that are manifestations of UAE’s prominence amongst all other major economies of the world. Tourists, expatriates and investors from all over the world are drawn into the country. Foreigners making up the significant majority of its population; which reflects its business friendly policies, low tax, and safety.  The official language is Arabic but English is widely spoken everywhere in the country due to its large expat population.

UAE Golden Visa program has been in place since 2019. In 2022, the government enhances the requirements to get their Golden Visa with reduced investment amount, no restrictions on the duration of stay in other countries and opportunity to buy off-plan properties and take a mortgage. These new measures heighten the attractiveness of its Golden Visa program to qualified foreigners.
