Lowest cost, however, note that this is non-refundable. There is due diligence and other fees on top of the investment amount. The amount increases in parallel with the number of accompanying family members applying together.

Real-estate investment

Min. USD 220,000

Invest in whole or part of the property from state approved property list. The minimum in case of buying a share is USD 220,000 and USD 350,000 in case of full ownership. On top of that there is state fee of USD 50,000, due diligence fee of USD 5,000 onwards and other fees to the authority.
